Welcome to the Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes' Guide to Alternative Transport Schemes.  We hope that you will find this guide easy to use.

This directory has been written with two aims:

• To provide information on transport services for people in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes
• To provide in a single reference source a guide to transport services particularly suitable for disabled and elderly people.

If you have any queries or comments on the format of the guide, or if you have details of additional schemes which you wish to see included in future editions, then please complete the Add/Update form.

How to Use this Guide

A pale green coloured navigation panel is located at the top of each page - please click on the labels to browse our web-site.

Hyperlinks reference places within a document, other documents on this web-site or external web-sites - they look like this; roll your mouse pointer over them and see how they react - you may click on them to follow the link at any time.

There are two main sources of information on this web-site:

• Firstly, the Schemes section offers lists of community transport schemes in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes - indexes include all, by district, etc.
• Secondly, there is General Information on conventional public transport, with advice on where to find information on accessible bus, train and taxi services.  The Info section also contains information on concessionary fares, shopmobility and dial-a-ride services pulled from the main Schemes database.
